WIREs Computational Statistics is among 17 Wiley journals that are expected to receive their first Impact Factor in 2022. These titles have all been accepted into the Web of Science’s Science Citation Index Expanded (SCIE) and are due to appear in the June 2022 release of the Journal Citation Report.

WIREs Computational Statistics has been promoted from the Emerging Sources Citation Index. Part of the award-winning Wiley Interdisciplinary Reviews (WIREs) series, WIREs Computational Statistics offers the current state of computational statistics through an ongoing series of commissioned reviews written by leading researchers.

It also works to capture the crucial interdisciplinary flavor of this field by including articles that address the key topics from the differing perspectives of statistics and computing, and including potential applications areas in technology, biology, physics, geography, and sociology.
