The 13th IEEE International Symposium on Social Computing and Networking (SocialCom) will be held online from 17 to 19 December 2020.

The conference aims to provide a forum for researchers, industry practitioners and domain experts to exchange the latest fundamental advances in the state of the art and practice of social computing and networking and its broadly related areas, from big social media data and security to modelling social behaviour.
