The Caucus for Women in Statistics and Data Science (CWS), the Portuguese Statistical Society (SPE), and the American Statistical Association (ASA) proudly announced the launching of the International Day for Women in Statistics and Data Science (IDWSDS) with its first annual celebration event on 11 October 2022.

After the success of the first two events we know that this will be the annual event for the celebration of women statisticians and data scientists around the world. This year’s meeting will be held virtually on 8 October 2024 hosted by CWS.
