The CETL-MSOR Conference in 2021 will be held at Coventry University from 2 to 3 September 2021. The theme of the conference is “Celebrating our Past, Embracing our Future“ and will be the first CETL-MSOR conference to be a hybrid event with in-person and virtual attendance and presentation possibilities. Confirmed keynote speakers include Neil Sheldon, Chair of the Teaching Statistics Trust and former Vice President of the Royal Statistical Society. Neil’s talk is entitled ‘Teaching Statistics: past, present and future’, with the future being data science.
The Conference Committee welcomes abstract submissions relating to the learning and teaching of mathematics and statistics within any discipline in higher education. If you would like to submit an abstract, please complete the abstract submission form here by the deadline of 14 June 2021.
