A free workshop sponsored by Wiley for all future journal authors interested in learning how to publish their next paper will take place at the 59th World Statistics Conference in Hong Kong on Monday 26th August.

Editors of established journals Stat, International Statistical Review  and the Journal of the Royal Statistical Society will give short presentations about their journals and an overview of best practice in terms of submitting and reviewing papers. They will share guidelines on things to consider and look out for when submitting a paper for publications, providing hints and tips for authors on how to improve their papers and their chance of acceptance.

An overview of available publishing services and information on Open Access publishing options will be also provided. A question and answer session with the Editors and the Publisher will take place at the end of the workshop.
The workshop will be followed by the Young Statisticians reception in the Exhibition area, Hall 3G.
