Co-Editor of Jrnl of Graph Theory to be recognised today

Professor Paul Seymour, Co-Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Graph Theory will today be awarded an Honorary Doctorate from the Technical University of Denmark.

He is currently Professor at Princeton University, half in the Department of Mathematics and half in the Program in Applied and Computational Math. His research interests include discrete math, mostly in graph theory and he is currently working on the structure of graphs with certain induced subgraphs forbidden (such as perfect graphs, even-hole-free graphs, claw-free graphs etc), and on some extremal questions about short directed cycles in digraphs.
