Google's Chief Economist Hal Varian has interviewed Nate Silver, who has shot to fame after using Bayesian analysis techniques to correctly predict the results of the US Presidential election.

Here Silver talks about his new book, The Signal and the Noise: Why So Many Predictions Fail - But Some Don't.
