The Centre for Statistics at the University of Edinburgh are honoured to welcome Prof. David Spiegelhalter for their next online lecture Communicating statistics, risk and uncertainty in the age of COVID from 3 to 5 PM BST on 9 July 2020.

The 4th David Finney Lecture will consider the challenges of communicating during an epidemic and how we can communicate statistics, risks and unavoidable scientific uncertainty in a transparent and trustworthy way.
