Teaching Statistics Trust Lecture 2019


The 2019 Teaching Statistics Trust lecture will be delivered by Neil Sheldon, chair of the Teaching Statistics Trust and former RSS vice president for education, at Cardiff University on 2 December 2019.

With the title We need to talk about statistics: The purpose of statistics is insight not numbers, the lecture is organised in collaboration with the Further Mathematics Support Programme Wales (FMSPW) and will include a supporting lecture from Dominic Oakes of the FMSPW, as well as time for discussion.
